2.How is the delivery time calculated?

When processing with your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

• Order Processing: After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order, all of our items are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards, so this process often takes 3-7 business days (most of orders leave the warehouse within 5 days), please be patient with us.
• Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 20 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed. In addition, the shipping time of 2D shirts for customers in the US is normally from 7-10 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays, we may experience a high volume of orders, which could cause a delay of a few days in shipping. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery.
